7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of receipt of your order.

If within 7 days of receiving your order, you believe that:

The items were received damaged, or

The items do not meet the agreed specifications or expectations as discussed and approved prior to production,

you may submit a refund or replacement request.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

The claim must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date the order was received.

The client must provide:

Clear photographic evidence of the damage or issue.

A detailed explanation of how the product differs from what was approved.

Items must not have been altered, used extensively, or intentionally damaged after delivery.

Resolution Options

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved by KTC Gifting, you may choose one of the following:

Full Refund
A full refund of the affected item(s) or order will be processed.

OR

Replacement at No Additional Cost
The item(s) will be replaced at the full cost of KTC Gifting.

KTC Gifting will cover the cost of re-production and, where applicable, reasonable return shipping for approved claims.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be approved in the following cases:

If the final product matches the artwork, mock-ups, or specifications that were approved by the client prior to production.

If a claim is made after the 7-day period has expired.

If minor variations occur that are industry-standard (e.g., slight colour variations due to different screen displays or material finishes).

Custom & Branded Items

As most of our products are custom-made and branded specifically for each client, we encourage careful review and approval of all artwork, layouts, quantities, and specifications before final production begins.
